The Tateuchi Center will feature a 2,000-seat Concert Hall and 250-seat Cabaret. The 135,000-square-foot structure will have five underground levels with three levels of parking. The parking structure will adjoin an existing parking garage, with the building and excavation extending to within a few feet of the property limits. Careful planning and design will be necessary to protect the adjacent property and structures.
