The US Army is undertaking a program to privatize its housing nationwide. Hart Crowser has provided geotechnical engineering and wetland services for these two major privatizations.

The new development will include several three-story apartment buildings, 2 two-story leasing office/clubhouse structures, parking, and retaining walls.
